Entertainment

Kylie's loves stacking things, blocks, dice, foam letters, paper, you name it.

But apparently this time she got bored with stacking... and came up with a new way to play with her cups.

She is also into stickers... and putting them on faces. :)

And here is a video of some of the things she says/does regularly...

We're trying to work on talking. We're getting there. :)

Be Mine.

hahaha... oh blogger you're so cheesy. I love it.

I love an excuse to wear all pink, spoil the people I love, and cover the house in hearts. And I think Kylie loves it too.

hooray!! Daddy's home!

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day.

Kylie and I had matching toes.

And we had fun making Daddy's gift.

We also started a new tradition this year. We covered the table in construction paper, and covered it in love notes to each other and fun pictures. Kylie was in heaven.

The Cheese.

We also kept the Hague tradition of covering the table in candy. So fun!

Dallin and I made dinner together, ate way too many treats, and watched Captain Phillips. (amazing movie!)

On Saturday, we did things around the house, went to a Fondue party with a bunch of our great Intel/BYU friends, put Kylie to bed, and then went to another friend's party while a sitter watched over the sleeping babe. It was a fantastic weekend!

And it didn't stop there. On Monday, Dallin didn't have to work, so we took the trek to Ikea with the Kellers. Our short trip ended up taking most of the day, but we had a great time. We finished the day off with the Kellers and Sardonis, having pizza and salad for dinner, chatting, and watching Lion King 1 1/2. Awesome.

18 Months.

Kylie turned 18 months old on February 13th! AHHHH! (it was also the 4th anniversary of when Dallin proposed to me... crazy.)

1 month!
18 months!

She did great at the doctor. She is developing excellently, and her weight and height have finally hit "average!"

Weight: 24 lb. 9 oz.

Height: 32 inches

Favorite Phrases: Uh Oh! Wow.  Peek-a-boo.

Favorite Animal: Elephant! Cat is a close second.

Favorite Food: Cereal with milk. Daddy's beans and rice. She also loves, tilapia, quiche and pasta.

Favorite Activities: Drawing on her chalkboard/paper, wearing her shoes on her hands (and mommy's shoes on her feet,) doing Zumba with mom, tickling everyone's feet, eating, building towers with her blocks, watching disney movies, chasing/or being chased around the house, doing puzzles, and READING BOOKS ALL DAY.

she often joins us in bed to play with our electronics...
she also thinks she is a much better climber than she is...
just relaxing by daddy
too tired to hold up her own head to eat...
Apparently this is the sound a lion makes...

Showing off her piano and dance moves...

Our favorites: Her smile. Kylie is SO cheesy!

And she also has the most adorable confused/irritated face.

When she wakes up in the morning or after naps she sits in bed and talks, for a LONG time. I love to just sit outside her door and listen.
She is starting to learn to kneel for prayer. The cuteness about kills me. And the first time when she was trying to figure it out and fell on her face in the middle of the prayer, and Dallin and I both busted up laughing... priceless.

Playing with balloons or balls. She loves it.

Kylie also likes to suck in her belly and then stick it out... it's pretty crazy how far out her belly will go. (stay tuned... I have a video of it that I need to get from Dallin's phone.)

She went to Nursery on Sunday, and LOVED IT. We took her in, she found Ronald (a good friend) and started playing cars with him. She didn't even care that we left, and after changing her diaper later on, she ran right back into the room. The only tears that she shed were when we came to pick her up and take her home. What was I worried about?!

We love Kylie so very much! She is crazy and loud, but also so serious at times. We love to watch her learn and grow. Thanks for brightening our lives baby girl!

there was no way to get her attention.. other than throwing the ball in the air. :)
