The last few weeks

Here's a quick post of the few things we have done since Thanksgiving.

We decorated for Christmas. We didn't have all the treats we usually have for the party... but we managed to at least make the traditional rice krispie tree. :)

Kylie loves decorating the tree.

Kylie met Santa for the first time at our ward party.

We went and watched daddy play some basketball. Kylie watched almost the entire game, and would clap and cheer Dallin on. So cute.

We rode the Max into Portland and went to zoo lights on an Intel-only night. Kylie LOVED the lights. And McKenna slept the entire time in the ergo baby.

Unlimited cookies and hot chocolate. We were all in heaven.
Someone was a little worn out on the ride home...
We colored princess pictures with Daddy, soaked the entire bathroom while I did Kylie's hair, and had a dance party with Moose/Elk.

We had a wonderful visit from Grandma and Grandpa Hague. We were so glad they were finally able to meet McKenna. Sadly, this is my only picture from their visit.

We tried to take some nicer pictures of McKenna, and Kylie wanted to take a few also.

so happy
and then she was instantly out as soon as I picked her up...
And our favorite activity, snuggles and sister time. :)

Thanksgiving and Family Time

My family decided to have Thanksgiving at our house this year. Danielle even flew in from Rexburg to spend a few days with us. Branden and Kaylee were missed, but we know they had fun with the Brooks family. :)

We made these turkeys the night before McKenna was born. :)

It was pretty awesome to be hosting Thanksgiving, but not have to do any of the work. haha! My mom and Dallin did most of the food prep. It was all delicious. We had WAY more desserts than we ever could have eaten. In fact we just finished off the last of them a few days ago...

I was glad that everyone was here to spend some time with McKenna, and to help with Kylie as we were transitioning into life as a family of 4, and running to the hospital every day to go to appointments and bilirubin checks for McKenna's jaundice.

Our little glowworm.
this was the contraption she had to wear for a few days while we got her jaundice under control

We also got to celebrate Dad's birthday as a family. We didn't do a whole lot, but we did play some games, and sing happy birthday, and he got in some good baby snuggles. :)
