ZooLights, Crazy Kylie and a longterm goal.

We visited the Portland Zoo for Zoolights with our good friends the Kellers.

There were SO many lights. It was crazy.

We even got to see a few animals. Kylie loved the elephants. And I loved that they were inside and it was warm.

Here are a few pictures of Kylie lately.

She wears her shoes on her hands...

She helps us whenever we are on the computer...

and she loves to talk on the phone.

Lastly,

When I had Kylie, I gave myself 9 months to get back in shape. (it takes 9 months to put it on, right?) It took a little longer than I wanted/planned. But here is proof that hard work pays off. Lots of running, lifting Kylie, eating semi-healthily, and patience and I am under my pre-pregnancy weight!! woohoo.

I can do hard things. :)

SeaWorld

We spent multiple days at SeaWorld.

 

Kylie loved all of the animals. And the rest of us loved all the rides.

 

 

 

 

 

 We even got to watch a rocket launch while we were walking around the park.

They had special holiday nights when the whole park was lit up with Christmas lights, they would have a bunch of Christmas shows, and then the "dancing trees." It was pretty magical. Although it was weird to be singing Christmas songs and catching "snow" (aka. soap foam) in the 70-80 degree weather.
