I realized, maybe we need to work on fixing our current temperature problem. (The average temperature in our home is around 50 degrees.)
Yes, we have a heater. But it doesn't do anything when the windows are so drafty that there is a breeze and when there is no insulation in the walls of your home.
This week we decided to play Mr. and Mrs. Fix-it and try to solve the problem. We covered our windows in plastic-shrink-wrap-stuff and put some padding around our door, the average temperature is up to about 53 degrees.
Guess we still need to work on the problem.
Oh my gosh!!! That really stinks! Good luck with that one.
ReplyDeleteOh that is so miserable! The lowest we let our house get before we turned on the heat was in the upper 50s and that was unbearable!
