After all the excitement at the Zoo, we weren't sure if everyone would be well for Thanksgiving. We had originally been invited to have dinner with friends, but on Wednesday we went out and bought a few things at Costco for Thanksgiving dinner, just in case. We really didn't want to make anyone else sick.
Luckily, everyone was well after Tuesday night, and we didn't have to spend Thanksgiving alone. We watched the Macy's day parade in the morning,
and joined the Morin family for dinner. (as a side note: no one else ever got sick!)

The Morin's welcomed us in like family, and we had a great time! There was lots of delicious food, games, and chatting. The kids didn't want to leave (and I don't blame them!)
Thank you so much for inviting us! It wouldn't have felt right to eat Thanksgiving dinner at our house just the 5 of us, and who wants to do all that work by themselves?!
