Danielle's Farewell Talk

We drove to Kennewick on St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) to spend the weekend with Danielle and the family.

McKenna thought it was awesome that she could put her feet up on Dallin's seat.

We had the traditional green dinner with my family. I loved it! The girls thought it was great as well!

On Saturday we spent time as a family, and went to "Chick Day" at Basin Feed. The girls were pretty nervous about holding the chicks at first, but they got used to the idea and ended up loving it! WE also ran into the Moody's while we were there! What a fun surprise!!

Danielle gave her farewell talk on March 19th, in the singles ward. It was SO quiet in the chapel... it made me VERY aware of how loud my children are during church. ha! Danielle

gave a beautiful talk on the Atonement. She is going to be such a great missionary!! (Side Note: Since I'm writing this in June... she IS a great missionary!!)

Dallin took an extra day off of work so we could stay the whole day on Sunday, enjoy dinner with the family, and spend some time with everyone on Monday morning.

It was a quick, and wonderful trip.
